Our latest updates to InfoAware include some exciting new features. These latest updates to InfoAware have been driven by requests from customers to meet their new training and reporting requirements. Read more about the new features in this article.
A new InfoAware 3.0 training platform
We have built a brand new training platform to support both application managers and general users with frequently asked questions and a series of ‘how to’ videos. These short training courses cover a range of topics including self-registration, user access, course settings and uploading policies. See below for a full list of course topics:
Latest updates to InfoAware for application managers

A new user field: Unique ID
Moreover, we have added a new field to the User Details profile, which can be used to hold details such as employee number, payroll number, line manager or location. You can find out more about this new field via the Edit User page.
Generate Certificates for Training Courses and Assessments
Another latest update to InfoAware 3.0 is the ability to generate Certificates against Training Courses and Assessments, previously this was limited to Train & Test courses only. These are generated when a user has reached the end of an e-learning course or when successfully passing an Assessment.
Upload multiple Certificates to InfoAware
Furthermore, you can now also upload multiple certificates into InfoAware via System Admin > Certificates. From the Edit Course, Training, and Assessment page, you can now select which certificate to use for that course. This is particularly useful where you may have different Departments or Managers who issue certificates.
Additionally, administrators can also now download user certificates to demonstrate compliance or for storing as an internal record.
New Report: Course User Access
This new report on course user access creates a csv file showing all users in the first column and all published courses in the first row. It shows in a spreadsheet who has access to which course and can be edited to update course user access and then uploaded to update InfoAware. In addition, this provides an alternative to updating the user access on each course and is particularly useful where you have multiple courses published.
