Salary: £22,000 – £32,000

Job Purpose
Our Junior Animator and Digital Learning Designer will be responsible for creating exciting motion graphics, animations and digital learning resources for a range of innovative and market leading digital learning products. We’re a small team with big ambitions for the future – in this role you have the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape InfoAware’s future. You will work within a supportive team of creative and experienced individuals. A Day In The Life
- Deliver end to end animation or digital learning resources, on time, within deadlines.
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions with the team.
- Work from written scripts and VO to create storyboards and animations that communicate the concepts and messages.
- Work from written scripts and storyboards to create interactive digital learning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Articulate Rise 360.
- Use After Effects or other video editing tools to create video content for detail learning.
- Use tools (e.g. After Effects, Adobe Creative Cloud) with the support of our designers to template assets to create animations and digital learning in specific styles.
- Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks such as updating our Learning Management Systems, answering Support queries or joining client calls.
- Maintain a clean workflow within all projects.
- Support the team with thorough QA digital learning solutions following a structured process.
You’re Good At:
- Motion, design, and composition
- Experience with storytelling and crafting narratives
- Working and collaborating with others
- Being self-sufficient, tech savvy and a quick learner, working independently with the support of the wider team
- Having ambition to develop your skills and a keen drive to learn new ones
- Develop storyboards for the initial stages of production
- Good design knowledge with regards to interpreting customer branding, composition, colour harmony and staging
- Providing and receiving feedback in an honest and communicative environment
Extra Nice To Have:
- Graphic design experience
- Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360 proficiency
- Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency
- Knowledge of Instructional Design, Learning Design and Accessibility
- Knowledge of Moodle (Learning Management System)
- Sound design experience
