Learning Management

Many organisations will deploy the InfoAware multimedia content using a Learning Management System (LMS) or e-Learning tool.  This will allow companies to quickly deploy the training material over the company Intranet.

Safecoms has developed its own LMS which streams multimedia video files to users.  This can be set up on an organisations Intranet or can be licenced as a hosted solution from Safecoms.  The LMS not only hosts the multimedia video files, but can also host other documents (such as PDF or Word Documents) - thereby allowing organisations to deploy both training and policy, procedure and control documents over the Intranet.

After viewing the training material, or the policy documents, the e-learning tool guides a user through a series of multi choice questions. These questions are randomised and results stored in a database for later reporting or export into other HR systems.  Questions can be easily changed and new questions added.

The system is developed to be SCORM compliant.
