Bribery Act
The Bribery Act seeks to enhance the UK’s anti-bribery legislation. The Act replaces previous offences with general, activeand passive bribery offences. It also introduces a specific corporate offence of failing to prevent bribery.
The Act requires Board members to show leadership and provide training throughout the organisation to raise antibribery awareness.
