Courses
The core content of InfoAware is a series of courses which are delivered as multimedia videos or HTML based interactive pages.
Current content includes:
User Awareness for Information Security
IT Staff Awareness for Information Security
Information Governance for the NHS
GCSx - Government Connect Secure Extranet
PCI DSS - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
The video courses include an audio soundtrack and/or subtitles. All courses can be easily customised to reflect an organisation's specific policies and procedures, terminology, images or branding.
Bespoke content can also be built into a multimedia video by Safecoms and deployed in InfoAware.
For organisations with multiple remote offices where there is limited connection to the Intranet or Internet, or for organisations who hold auditorium or classroom style training sessions, the multimedia content can be deployed as a menu-driven DVD or on CD or VCR tape.
In this way, the content can be used as part of a group induction or refresher training course and can be deployed standalone, or used alongside or incorporated into other training material.
Public expectation and government legislation are fast mandating the need for everyone to make sure their staff are trained accordingly;
